JSC “VO “Tyazhpromexport” has been established in 1957 with the aim of export of complete set of services related to construction, modernization, upgrading, expansion and operation of ferrous metallurgy plants and mining enterprises. Later on these services have also covered non-ferrous metallurgy plants as well as modernization, upgrading, expansion and operation of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy plants constructed by other foreign companies. Since 1957 JSC “VO “Tyazhpromexport” has co-operated with hundreds of government and private companies from dozens of European, Asian, African and Latin American countries.

JSC “VO “Tyazhpromexport” has rendered assistance to construction, modernization, upgrading and operation of 91 industrial enterprises including integrated steel plants in Bokaro, Bhilai, Durgapur and Visakhapatnam (India), Helwan (Egypt), nickel plants in Cuba, several integrated steel plants in China, Turkey, Algeria, Nigeria, Bulgaria etc. JSC “VO “Tyazhpromexport” has realized above 100 large scale industrial projects in more than 30 countries of Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America.
